If you're looking to get into Flash animations or other online projects, a demo reel is an absolute must to show producers what you can do. For a flat rate of $15, you will get the following: + A one minute long demo reel(give or take a few seconds). If you want, I can do a 2-3 minute reel for an additional $5 per minute but please be advised that the industry standard is one minute, and producers probably will not listen to more than one minute of a person's voice before making a decision. + Proper ordering of your clips for effectively showing your range. + Inclusion of sound effects and background music to make each clip sound distinct and official. + Audio mixing and processing to make your clip sound as clean and professional as possible. Important: Although I will work whatever magic I can to enhance your audio quality, if you have a $5 microphone, there is only so much I can do with it. PLEASE ensure that there are as little clicks, pops, and breath huffs as possible in your recording because not all of these can be cleaned out with filters. + Up to two free revisions on the final product (ex: Want to switch two clips around? Here's how it works. E-mail me at midori.ninja@gmail.com with an attached .zip file of your best voice clips. These can be clips from auditions you did, projects you were in, or even just stuff you made up. Each voice file should be 1-2 sentences in length and you should showcase a variety of voices and character types. As a general rule, send me 10-15 voice clips and if there are too many to keep it under 1 minute I will cut out the ones which are weaker or which sound similar to voice types you already have included. If you are completely unsure as to where to find lines or where to take your reel, I offer individual demo reel coaching and direction via Skype or phone for an additional flat rate of $10. After sending me your files, I will order, mix, and process everything, including background music and sound effects. I will then e-mail you your finished reel, which you will review and let me know if you have any changes you want made to the background music or if you want to switch or replace a certain voice. I will email you back with the revised version. From there, you may ask for one more revision if you still don't like something and I will send you the finalized copy. Please note that third or subsequent revisions will cost you $5 per change. However, so far everyone has been happy with the first (or occasionally second) revisions of their reels, so it should not be a problem. :) Once you are satisfied with your reel, you can upload it to your own webserver or a free host like putfile and feel free to put it on your site or spread it around to producers/animators who are looking for voice talent. A note of credit on your site or on the forums you posted on isn't required, but would be appreciated if you're feeling generous. :) Payment will be required within 7 days of the completion of your reel. Paypal is strongly preferred as it is convenient and safe, but if you cannot do paypal because you can't get a credit card for whatever reason, I will accept a mailed check. I'm not requiring up front payments because I want people to be happy with their reel before sending me money for it, but please don't abuse this because if people disappear with no payment I will have to change this policy. Need someone to put together the audio for your flash? Rates below! $5 flat rate = Audio enhancement ONLY. This means you already have the audio put together and you just need someone to clean it up a bit and make it sound more professional. $5 PER MINUTE OF AUDIO = Ordering and leveling all the audio for you. In other words, you send me the script (so I know what order everything goes in) and the voice actors' lines, labeled appropriately so it makes sense what goes where. Please note that this does NOT include background music or sound effects, but I will clean and process the audio for you. Generally, I don't touch the bgm or sound effects for flash unless it's something I wrote/directed because people are particular about exactly what they want. If you know what background music and sound effects you want and just need me to add them in at the appropriate places, contact me about a rate. So for example, a 3-minute flash will cost you $15. NEGOTIABLE RATES - Script proofreading/editing, voice casting, and voice direction. These elements are negotiable because the cost will depend on a variety of factors: how long your script is, how many voice actors I'd be working with, etc. This is a good option for animators who are more in tune with the art side of things and haven't really worked much with scripting, audio or voice actors.
